American Disability Act rated as moderate except for short inclines of difficult. Frazier Falls are one of the best found in Northern California. They are impressive falls even in the fall: 248' plunge including 176' free fall. Plus: gigantic glaciers versus lava, the chilling story revealed right at your feet. Look for ancient clues of the scars in the solid granite worn by glaciers as they carved the pretty valley where Frazier Falls now plunge. Paved trail, delightful stroll suitable for wheelchairs -- "difficult rating" due to some sustained grades at 8 percent. Rock and iron fencing at overlook is nearly as classy as the falls. Mornings best lighting for photographs. Two wheelchair accessible picnic tables and rest rooms adjacent to parking area. No camping.
