This is a group of a half-dozen lakes. Only one lake is large enough to warrant fishing.

The lakes are shallow but smallmouth bass have been planted to help control the bullhead population. The smallmouth have been reported to grow as large as 4 pounds. Both rainbow and brown trout have been reported but populations are unknown and not likely to be sizeable.
The large lake is full of standing dead trees, brush, and weeds that a float such as tube is almost essential.
The road that goes by the large lake is strictly 4WD and is a difficult and technically challenging route. It is an off-shoot of the Fordyce to Meadow Lake OHV Route.

Exit I-80 at Cisco Grove and follow the paved Old Lincoln Highway west to Indian Springs Campground. The access road to the Fordyce to Meadow Lake OHV Route begins to the right across the highway from the Indian Springs Campground.
Follow this route for 0.8 mile to the OHV Assembly area under the powerline. To here the road is drivable by any high clearance vehicle. From this point only OHV vehicles can continue.
Drive north for about 1.5 miles to a forks in the 4WD road. Veer left and continue north to the lakes.
Some bass but shorline is totally brushy and weeds are thick in later summer.
