South Yuba Primitive Camping Area
DESCRIPTION:
There are 4 camping sites, tables, environmental friendly, back-country composting toilet. Bring drinking water or purify river water. Located right along the river. Except for a few speeding mountain bikers the site is plumb peaceful, but I did say primitive didn’t I?

DIRECTIONS:
To South Yuba Primitive Camping Area
Hike or bike 4.5 miles east of the South Yuba Campground via the South Yuba Trail or 0.5 mile east (upriver) of the Humbug Trail junction with the Yuba Trail.
