Skillman Horse Group Campground:
DESCRIPTION:
This site is exclusively for equestrian and group use.
There are 16 campsites, 12 with trailer space, that can accommodate a maximum of 60 people. Prices in 2003: Single $15.00; double $35.00; entire site $200. Tie rails, corrals, and water troughs are available. The water is not potable for people. Reservations are required through Sierra Recreation Managers (530) 478-9664. This is the site for riders and horses that pioneers wished they had.
